As of September 13, winter wheat planting was 8% complete vs. 2% last week and 12% average.

As of September 13, spring wheat harvest was 93% complete vs. 86% last week and 92% average.

As of September 13, dented corn was at 86% vs. 76% last week and 84% average. Mature corn was at 42% vs. 25% last week and 38% average. Corn harvested was 8% complete vs. 5% last week and 6% average. Corn’s crop condition rating increased 1% to 57% g/e, 26% fair, and 17% p/vp.

As of September 13, soybeans dropping leaves were at 44% vs. 26% last week and 37% average. Harvest was 6% complete vs. 3% average. Soybeans’ crop condition rating was left unchanged at 58% g/e, 29% fair, and 13% p/vp.

As of September 13, North Dakota’s canola harvest was 63% complete vs. 48% last week and 57% average.

As of September 13, North Dakota’s sunflowers turning yellow were at 61% vs. 54% last week and 54% average. Sunflowers turning brown were at 30% vs. 15% last week and 18% average. The sunflower crop condition rating decreased 1% to 44% g/e, 42% fair, and 14% p/vp.
